The short version
What to expect
- Getting here
- About 90 minutes from Denver via I-70 (or the scenic Hwy 285 route through Fairplay). We're in the walk-to-everything pocket of Breckenridge, across from the Marriott. The exact address, turn-by-turn directions, and all your access codes arrive with your booking confirmation.
- Parking
- One dedicated spot in the underground garage (6'6" clearance — leave the roof box at home). Your parking pass comes with the guest guide.
- Pool & hot tubs
- The Columbine complex — heated pool and four hot tubs — is a 3-minute walk. Open Memorial Day through Oct 1 (10am–8pm) and all ski season (12pm–8pm); closed briefly each spring and fall for maintenance.
- House rules, in one breath
- Quiet hours 10pm–8am, no parties, no smoking anywhere, only registered guests overnight, and dry your ski gear before it comes inside. The long version — with the checkout list — is in the guest guide.
- During your stay
- We partner with a local team for anything hands-on, and we answer messages on Airbnb/VRBO quickly ourselves. You're never on your own — numbers are in the guest guide.
Asked and answered
Frequently asked questions
- How close is Mountainwood 204 to the ski lifts?

- Can you walk to Main Street from the condo?
- Yes — Main Street Station (restaurants, coffee, shops) is 1 minute away, Main Street proper is about 5, and the grocery store is a 6-minute walk. Most guests park once and never move the car.
- How many people does the condo sleep?
- Up to 8, across 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms: a king in the primary, queen-over-queen bunks in the guest room, and sleeper space in the living room.
- Is there parking?
- One dedicated spot in the heated underground garage (6'6" clearance), with a parking pass provided. Luggage carts and an elevator make load-in easy.
- Is there a pool and hot tub?
- Yes — the Columbine complex, a 3-minute walk away, has a heated pool and four hot tubs (two covered). It's open Memorial Day through October 1 and all ski season.
- Is Breckenridge worth visiting in summer?
- Absolutely — locals think summer rivals ski season. Hiking, mountain biking, whitewater rafting, golf, Epic Discovery at Peak 8, and festivals nearly every weekend from June through Oktoberfest, with daytime temps in the 70s.
- How far is Breckenridge from Denver?
- About 90 minutes from Denver via I-70, or a scenic route on Hwy 285 through Fairplay. No car needed once you arrive — the free town bus covers everything the walk doesn't.
- How do I book Mountainwood 204?
- Book directly through our Airbnb or VRBO listings — live availability, rates, and every interior photo are on both, with the same hosts answering messages on each.
